Refund Policy

At FullStackNG, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services across web development, branding, marketing, advertising, SEO, and project management. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined the following refund policy:

1. Service-Specific Refunds

Refund eligibility varies based on the service provided. Below are the conditions for each service:

Web Development & Design Services:

  • 100% refund if canceled before any design or development work begins.
  • 50% refund if canceled after work has started but before the delivery of initial concepts.
  • No refunds will be provided after the delivery of final designs or completion of development stages.

Branding & Graphic Design:

  • Full refund if canceled before any design work begins.
  • 50% refund if canceled after initial design concepts have been delivered.
  • No refunds after the final design has been approved and delivered.

SEO Services:

  • SEO services typically take time to show results. No refunds are offered once SEO work has commenced. However, if no significant work has been completed within the first 10 days of the agreement, a 50% refund may be issued.

Marketing & Advertising Services:

  • Full refund if canceled before any campaigns or strategies have been implemented.
  • 50% refund if canceled after campaign setup but before the launch of any ads or promotions.
  • No refunds after the launch of marketing campaigns or advertising efforts, as costs for ad placements and marketing resources are non-recoverable.

2. Turnaround Time

We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeline. In cases where there are delays due to reasons within our control, and a significant part of the project remains undelivered, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Client Satisfaction

We value your satisfaction and will work closely with you to meet your needs. If you are unhappy with the progress or results, please reach out immediately so we can address your concerns. While refunds are not typically provided after a project’s completion, we are open to revisions to ensure you receive the quality you expect.

4. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Domain registration, hosting fees, third-party tool integrations, and external software licenses.
  • Advertising budgets already allocated and used for campaigns are non-refundable, as these are external costs managed through third-party platforms.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at hi@fullstack.ng within 14 days of project cancellation or dissatisfaction. Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days, and any approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
