3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project.
  • Respond promptly to requests for feedback, revisions, or additional information.
  • Ensure all provided materials (content, images, etc.) are either owned by the client or properly licensed.
  • Meet payment deadlines as specified in the service agreement.

4. Project Terms & Timelines

We strive to complete all projects within the timelines agreed upon at the start of the project. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or client delays. In such cases, FullStackNG will not be held responsible for missed deadlines due to delays beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due as specified in the service agreement. FullStackNG reserves the right to pause or terminate services if payments are not made on time.
  • Some projects may require an upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees, and overdue accounts may be referred to third-party collection agencies.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, refunds may be available based on the stage of the project and the nature of the services provided. However, services such as domain registration, hosting fees, and marketing campaign costs are non-refundable once initiated.

7. Intellectual Property

  • FullStackNG retains all intellectual property rights to any custom code, software, or designs created as part of your project until the full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables. However, FullStackNG reserves the right to use the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, or modify any proprietary software or code provided as part of our services.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your information and materials provided during the course of our services. Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary information and trade secrets shared during the project, except where required by law or agreed upon in writing.

9. Termination

  • FullStackNG reserves the right to terminate services at any time for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unethical client conduct.
  • If you choose to terminate the agreement before the project is completed, refunds will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy, and any work completed up to the point of termination will remain the property of FullStackNG until payment is settled.

10. Limitation of Liability

FullStackNG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Warranties

  • We provide our services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • FullStackNG does not guarantee specific results from our services, particularly in areas like SEO, marketing, and advertising, where success may depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
